* Calendar

Configuring Meeting Rooms in Odoo 18
 Step 1: Create Meeting Rooms as Resources
* Go to Meeting Room →Booking → New
* Click new 

Fill The  Details 
* Booking Name :  Milestone Meetup, This is the title of the meeting.
* Room: Main Office - Big Meeting Room, The location where the meeting will                take place
* Organizer: Mitchell Admin, The person who created or is managing the meeting.
* Date & Time: 04/01/2026 13:05:18 → 04/01/2026 14:05:18 , The  meeting starts          at  1:05 PM and ends at 2:05 PM on April 1  2026.
  Actions (Buttons):
           * Save & Close: Saves the meeting and exits the page.
           * Discard: Cancels the changes.


Repeat these steps to create multiple meeting rooms.

Step 2: Assign a Meeting Room

1. In the meeting form, select the Meeting Room under the Resources field
2. Odoo automatically checks room availability

3. If the room is already booked, Odoo prevents double booking

*  Click Rooms 


Viewing Meeting Room Availability

* Calendar view shows meetings scheduled in each room

* Resource availability can be checked before confirming a meeting
* Conflicts are highlighted automatically
