Quotations Mass Cancellation in Odoo 18 Sales Module (Enterprise)
Introduction
Managing a large volume of quotations is a common scenario in many sales operations. However, manually canceling multiple quotations one by one can be time-consuming and inefficient. Odoo 18 introduces a helpful enhancement that allows users to cancel multiple quotations at once directly from the list view, making sales management faster and more convenient.
Purpose
The Mass Cancellation feature is designed to streamline the quotation management process. It provides sales teams with the ability to:

Step-by-Step: How to Use the Quotations Mass Cancellation Feature
Step 1: Navigate to Sales Orders
Go to the Sales module.
Under Orders, click on Quotations to view the list of all draft sales quotations.
Step 2: Select Multiple Quotations
In the list view, select the checkboxes next to the quotations you wish to cancel.
Once selected, the Action button will appear at the top of the list.
Step 3: Use the Action Menu
Click on the Action dropdown button.
You will see several options, such as Export, Duplicate, Delete, and a newly added Cancel option.
Step 4: Trigger the Cancel Process
Click on Cancel.
A confirmation pop-up will appear to ensure that you want to proceed with canceling the selected quotations.
Step 5: Confirm Cancellation
Confirm the action in the pop-up.
The selected quotations will now be moved to the Cancelled state.
