1. Activate Gamification:
* Go to Settings > General Settings.
* Under Gamification, enable the option.
2. Create a Challenge:
* Navigate to Gamification > Challenges > Create.
* Add a Name (e.g., “Monthly Sales Target”).
* Select the Users (salespeople).
* Add Goals (like number of quotations, won opportunities, or revenue).
3. Assign Rewards (Optional):
* You can add Badges for achieving the goals.
4. Track Progress:
* Users will see their progress and rankings in their dashboard.
This way, salespeople feel motivated through goals, progress tracking, and rewards.
