Customer Sequence Code


Give the prefix,sequence size and step of code. On Creating a Customer it will automatically generate an unique code for Customer with the prefix of the first letter.


Create a customer and the code will generate automatically.


Search the customer using customer unique code.




Customer Code displayed in POS.


Purchase-->vendors-->On create new customer Vendor Sequence will be created


Payment Edit Mode and Invoice cancel


To change the payment mode select an appropriate customer and click on customer log icon as shown in below.


There you can see all order details of that customer.

From here you can change the payment mode and Cancel an invoice.


By clicking on edit icon, a new pop up will open that displays the payment details of your order.

Here you can see the list of available payment methods and you can select any of the payment mode according to your need and click on OK to change the payment mode.


Add Payment Method


To add new payment method click on add icon and provide amount and payment mode and Click on OK when you are done.


If you entered wrong amount then the warning message will appear to let you know that you are entered an unmatched amount.


Cancel Invoice

Before cancel, make sure that "Allow Canceling Entries" field is set to True


To cancel an invoice click on cancel icon.



Upon Canceling an Invoice, following changes happen

  • The Invoice is set to Cancelled state.

  • The Journal entries for this Invoice is voided.

  • Set Debit and Credit value as 0 in journal item.

  • Price unit of Invoice line and POS order line is set to 0.

  • Payment journal is voided after session close.

Session Close


Session screen will be displayed as follows.


Manage the Cash control

Click on "Put Money In" button to add some money.


Click on "Take Money Out" button to take money.


Click on "Set Closing Balance" button to add amount in closing cash control.


POS Session Closing Summary

Allows you to print session report with details like Responsible, Point of Sale , Opening Date, Closing Date, Total Sale etc.

Click on "End of session" and "Validate Closing & Posting Entries" button to end the session.

Payment

While clicking "Invoice" button, Invoice will be created and Payment button will get enabled to proceed payment process.


While clicking "Payment" button payment popup will be open,after validate payment "Print" button will be enable.


"Print" Button -> Report will be download.

All Orders


In POS click on all order lists , display the all customer POS Orders and Pending invoice details.


In Order Lists tab, display the last 30days of all customer orders and their order lines.

In Pending Invoices tab, display the open invoice orders and their order lines.

In Order lists tab, display the selected customer all orders and their order lines.

In Pending Invoices tab, display the selected customer open invoice orders and their order lines.

Customer Log

Click on the customer log ,display the order details for selected customer.



Display the selected customer orders.

List out the Sales, Point of sales order in detailed manner.   helps to download the invoice already created for an order.

Fixed Discount


Overview

You should create a Fixed Discount Product and Select that Product in POS Working Terminal

Pay Later


First have to create Journal

Go to "Accounting" menu in that click on "Journal" sub menu.
Enter the required fields. Note:The Default Credit/Debit Account must be same.
Because of "Invoice" not be in the state of Paid.After that Create POS.

Note: check the "Is Pay Later" checkbox to enable the "Pay Now" button in POS. If is not checked you cannot make a payment.

Be sure that your accounting settings are given as per the below image, because if the settings are not given it will be proceed like a normal process.


Multi-Company Configuration

Please make sure company of Journal and Default Debit/Credit account ->company_id must be same.




Enable Allow Reconciliation

After set Default Debit/Credit account in journal, give Type as "Receivable" and then check "Allow Reconciliation" in account window for both the selected Debit/Credit Account.
Then only it will show pending invoices in the POS Screen.


Pay Later Account Configuration


Note: Default debit account of customer, invoice and Pay later should be same.


Open Session

Then open the Session, payment must be in pay later.



Close Session

After that close session to view the details of pay later details.
Again Open Session with same or different terminal.
In this window select the customer and click on "Pay Later" button,
it will list details of the customer's log.


In POS select the particular customer then click on "Pay Later" button from that list there is a button "Pay Now" click on that and start paying except Pay Later mode.

After the particular amount from the total paid by the particular day it will show the amount which they have to pay(Unpaid amount).
From this payment invoice report will show the details of which payment mode that they selected to pay.


Configuration to Print Report

Note: While print report for Sale invoice, have to uncheck the attachment option in settings to update the payment changes in the report.

Go to Settings->Reports->Reports->account.report_invoice->Uncheck the column "Reload from Attachment"


Invoice Report

In Invoice report after paid full amount, "Pay Later" payment mode will be removed from the report.

POS Combo Product


Configuration


Click "Is Combo Product" to combo pack and add sub products in "Combo Pack" button.


In combo pack select the fixed and optional products.


In Point Of Sale screen, Combo products having the tagline as "Combo".


On click combo select the sub products for combo pack.


Shown the selected products in cart and here can edit the selection of combo.


Print Receipt shown the sub products under the main product to easily identify the combo pack.


Invoice shown the sub products under the main product to easily identify the combo pack.


Email


Email Settings


Go to "Settings" under a "Email" menu click on "Outgoing Mail Servers" to set SMTP server, port and connection security have to do this setting before sending email.


Connection Succeeded

Then click on "Test Connection", it will show popup that the test connection succeeded.


POS Window

Click on "Email" button to send invoice/receipt copy to the customer.


Attachment


Invoice button -> Invoice copy will be sent to customer's email.

Receipt button -> Receipt Bill copy will be sent to customer's email.


Sending Email


Send Email(invoice/receipt) to the appropriate customer.Email can send only after that Test Connection gets Succeeded.

If not it will show popup that Email could not send.
