Hide Account Total
The behavior of Hide Total in report is consistent across Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports.
This addon enhances the Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet reports by allowing users to control the visibility of total amounts separately for the periodic table view and exported reports (XLSX/PDF). It provides flexibility to hide sensitive financial totals without affecting the report structure.

Periodic Table Amount Control
Hide entire total lines, such as Total Income, Gross Profit or Expenses from the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet periodic table using the Hide Amount option.
Report Level Amount Privacy
Keep report lines visible while hiding only the amount values in PDF and XLSX exports using the Hide Total in Report option.
Independent View Configuration
Control visibility separately for on screen periodic tables and exported reports, without affecting report structure.
Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet Support
Works consistently across both Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet financial reports.

Profit and Loss
Go to Accounting > Reporting > Profit and Loss. Enable the "Hide Amount" option.
After enable, the total amount lines will not be displayed in the periodic table view of the report.
Enable the "Hide Amount in Report".
After enable, when downloading the report as XLSX or PDF, only the amounts will be hidden, while the rest of the report remains visible.
Balance Sheet
Go to Accounting > Reporting > Balance Sheet. Enable the "Hide Amount" option.
The total amount lines will not be displayed in the periodic table view of the report.
Enable the "Hide Amount in Report".
After enable, when downloading the report as XLSX or PDF, only the amounts will be hidden, while the rest of the report remains visible.
