Challenges

Managing three TikTok shops without a unified system led to scattered operations. Orders were manually tracked, causing delays in processing and higher chances of missing or duplicate entries. Inventory was not synced in real time, resulting in frequent overselling and last-minute cancellations.

Finance teams struggled to reconcile TikTok payouts due to commissions, discounts and refunds, leading to manual effort and inaccuracies. During high-volume campaigns, order handling became chaotic, increasing the risk of delayed shipments and SLA issues.

Lack of centralized reporting across all shops also limited visibility into overall sales performance and decision-making.


Solution

We implemented a custom TikTok Shop Connector with Odoo, integrating all three shops into a single system.

Orders are now automatically synced into Odoo, enabling faster and error-free processing. Real-time inventory synchronization eliminated overselling and ensured accurate stock levels across all shops.

We automated financial tracking by capturing commissions, fees and payouts directly in Odoo, simplifying reconciliation. Bulk order processing and workflow automation improved fulfillment speed during peak sales.

Consolidated dashboards provided complete visibility into sales and performance, enabling better operational control and data-driven decisions.
